Introduction

The Thermal Filter Press is an advanced solid-liquid separation system that seamlessly integrates mechanical filtration with thermal drying. In a single continuous cycle, it efficiently processes suspensions to produce clear liquid and bone-dry cakes with ultra-low moisture content. The system utilizes high-temperature thermal fluids (above 100°C), such as saturated steam or thermal oil, as the primary heat carrier to maximize drying efficiency.
