Introduction

The leaf filter is composed of shell, filter mesh, cover lifting mechanism, automatic slag discharging device.

It can also be customized according to the different filtration media. The filter mesh is composed of multi-layer stainless steel mesh, which is installed on the central aggregate pipe, and it is very convenient to install and disassemble.

After the filter aid is mixed with the raw liquid material in the mixing tank, a stable filter cake layer will be formed on the filter mesh surface through the circulation of the conveying pump, that is, the filter aid is precoated. In the process of filtering, numerous tiny channels will be formed by filter aid particles and suspended debris will be trapped.

The cake will not be blocked by adding a diatomite filter aid to form a new filter layer.

If need decoloration, activated carbon can be added.

If filter the dirty liquid, such as squeezed crude oil, no need adding the filter aid.
